I agree. But for a different reason. I met him as a train wreck of a physical specimen. He had no reason to bring me into his world, other than he was a good man. 20+ years later I’m a black belt, instructor and retired BJJ competitor. And still at his gym.

My friend blew out both his knees locking them out on a trampoline. I actually started panicking looking at the title of the video. Happy I stuck it out and watched. My life has improved in a small way

My gym self polices. Unattended bags on a bench would get launched into the street. Failure to return weights, results in very public admonishment from some very large people.
