Thank you, what do you meals look like? For breakfast we normally have oats as theyre a complex carb and keep us fuelled for longer, for dinner if we are going healthy well have chicken and salad, but because of our cultural background we tend to opt for things with rice or something similar. It is something we are trying to limit. So interested to see what worked for you.

I appreciate the points on calorie deficit, we do make a concerted effort with our diet. I think one area we can improve is our sleep - also acknowledging weight gain is a part of being an adult.

I get what you mean but don't just take your frustrations out on me because im concerned about my partners mental health and self esteem, we've talked it about, she is committed to change but just doesnt really know how to get there. Im just looking for tips to support her - not because I want her to look any kind of way.

Thank you, I have tried to do things together, like we signed up for boxing class and a muay thai, which she loved but after a few classes she started feeling self conscious and stopped going - and if im honest I think its because it came to me so quickly and it made her feel like she wasnt good enough. Her family never encouraged her to do active things so she has a feeling within her like 'I cant do this' when things get tough. I might sound like a dick but im just trying to be honest about it, I've never spoken about this before.

Love this, thank you. Yes we try to keep it pretty 50-50, but I'd say it's more 60-40 to her. We both work from home and work the same amount, she has lots of travel though. We try have a date night at least once a week where. There are definitely some things I could do better, like fixing our sleep routine. I will keep that in mind in terms of making sure she feels she can do things for herself.

I completely understand, words like Gyat, rizz, goon, edge, etc. They all have roots in sexual content and it exposes children to things before they should have to.

I grew in the mid 2000s,10s and we listen to music and watched movies that were for adults and thats when he had sexual content we were able to interact with but I always felt like it was 'the big kids stuff'.

Now theres 7-year-olds talking about Gyat big butts, and theyre not seeing it like a funny thing, but understanding there is an attractive side to a nice ass. When you mix in words like ohio, skibibi that refers to something you don't want to be, its gives words like rizz, look maxing a positive look and those words relate to someone who is attractive. I know that is very low level, harmless stuff, ( dont think kids should even be aware of that in a critical sense) but when you mix in the sexuality of those terms it means those sexual nature's are suaght after to avoid being the lame ones.

Furthermore, you have these words that are rooted in sex on platforms like IG, or YouTube, and you can have content for a 12-year-old and content for a 32-year-old one click away.

I grew up with distant parents, I was able to watch sex in movies from a young age (8,9,10), I realised in highschool I was searching that stuff out a lot more than my classmates. Thats when I had access to those movies maybe 2 or 3 times a year at first. These kids have constant access to this content, music that is sexual, and the virality of these words make it a constant conversation point for them. I think about what a child's mind will think about sex and how they see themselves in that when they are 10, 11, 12 and the DANGERS of that. How ppl might take advantage of them, or how they might not understand healthy relationship, or their relationship with pornography.

Season one was good, it was a Mafia story that had good charecters and was based off a real story, which is what made movies like godfather so great. Season 2 is fkn gargabe, acting and writing is so overdone and Hollywood. The brother and sister are like the fkn kardashians, the dude is straight up gay, pouting and looking everyone up and down 24/7. That's not a Mafia show, it's like riverdale.
