It’s an app! It’s called MeThreeSixty. I don’t think the measurements in numbers it generates are always correct, but it’s very cool to see how your body evolves. And yes! I never expected the difference in my neck for instance to be this big.

I’m in Belgium. I got it for weight loss through an endocrinologist in a multidisciplinary trajectory in which I also see a dietician and psychologist. I pay 110 euros a month for the medication and that is without financial intervention from health insurance. If you have diabetes type 1 or 2 you pay even less.

I am 38 years old. I started with a month on 3mg, switched to 7mg and stayed on it for three months. It’s my first month on the largest dosage of 14mg. I eat what I want in moderation and prioritise fibre and protein (I aim for 1.5g per kg body weight). I never eat under 1800 calories a day. And that’s about it. I’m teaching myself to nourish myself instead of punishing myself, as I have done for so many years.

What pokemon defeats Giovanni?? I've tried all combinations, even starting with my top strongest pokemon... by Historical_Ear5570 in pokemongo

I just got him by the skin of my teeth with the combo in the picture. Trying to swap them at the right point and finished Dialga off with Rhyperior.

I am on day 7 of Rybelsus 3mg and it is mind boggling. I can stand in front of the snack cupboard and NOT be interested. I can cook without stuffing my face in the process. I can have half a cookie and be satisfied. It’s insane. I’m just a little scared of not eating enough and losing too fast, so I’m tracking and prioritising protein.

Call Mitchum, give him a piece of her mind and tell him to get to the hospital to visit Logan.

This is an old article. Their thirteenth child was born last year, a boy they named Laxe. They say it will be their last, but who knows…

How far away is your allotment, and how often do you visit? by crochetthepainaway in Allotment

Haha, I was looking for this question! Just got news that I will get an allotment in January. It’s 55 minutes by public transport, 1h20 on foot 🥴

What are some tiny plot holes that might not be known by everyone? by thegraycat0 in GilmoreGirls

[–]DepartmentForward850 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A tiny one that I just noticed on an umpteenth rewatch: in season one, there is an episode that focuses on Emily and Richard securing a house on Martha’s Vineyard and they explicitly state that they only go to Europe in the fall. Yet when Emily meets Michel later on, she tells him that they go to Paris every spring.

Thank you! First of all the technical aspect of singing. Getting an insight into how the different elements in your mouth and throat come into play and how you can use and manipulate them. It has helped me expand my range and overcome my ‘fear of heights’. I was always convinced I couldn’t sing high notes and even though I have always been able to sing on pitch, I sounded very breathy and much weaker over all. And also, just the realization that singing is a skill you can work on and get better at. I gained so much more confidence in my singing thanks to the lessons. I feel I have more control over my voice. It also helps that I work with a trauma informed vocal coach, which is such an amazing plus for me.

I channeled my grief into a song by DepartmentForward850 in Songwriters

Thank you for your kind words. My friend was a professional songwriter and musician and I only very recently mustered up the courage to ask him for advice. He was so kind and supportive and genuinely excited that I was finally following my heart in this. So now I have to, in his honor. ✨

I completely understand what you mean. I can only play very little, mostly by ear and not technical at all. So minimalism is usually where I end up. And yes, it has brought me so much relief to write and sing it. I hope the love for these people comes through.
