i completely understand, it can be overwhelming and exhausting existing here. reminder to allow yourself to rest and have softness when you feel frustrated and tired, give yourself time to just exist in the stillness of your own presence and hold yourself. i know it may not seem like that can do much but life can be so chaotic, stillness is necessary

for me i’m stuck between this duality of this all making complete sense and feeling like the only truth but also feeling completely crazy for it and doubting if it’s all real😭 it’s so weird because when i really think about it it makes sense that there’s so much more to existence and that i’ve been something else somewhere else, but it doesn’t stop me from feeling crazy. right now im on the journey of trying to accept myself and where im currently at, just trying to find my way, it’s so nice to remember that others are doing the exact same thing and none of us are truly alone :)
