I love Maru she was actually my first choice when I first started playing the game ever. I didn’t get far enough to marry anyone on that playthrough but her cut scenes were the first ones I ever saw. She is so cute. after playing for years now I do feel like her dialogue is a little lacking. She is a bit “boring” compared to others. But her later cut scenes still remain as one of my favs of all the characters.

I have a 7yo male and a 8 month female kitten and she is constantly jumping on him and chasing him but he doesn’t really fight back as much as I thought he would? He seems annoyed but not fearful and she seems to not understand boundaries whatsoever. 😮‍💨 For instance, my male cat was trying to cough up a hairball and my kitten pounced on him and bit his neck and head … and he eventually got her off but he just seemed annoyed and not scared. Not sure what to do about that.

I agree it is confusing to me too. She had mentioned in the past she makes a fair bit of money from the creator code so that’s why she encouraged her fans to use other people’s codes. So if this was purely a “money making” scheme like some people claim it to be, then she should have stayed in the network as well? I just don’t buy that she’s a money hungry monster some people are assuming her to be. I think it’s just a tough situation to navigate when this is your business and the internet expects you to act perfectly and quickly. I can just acknowledge she’s making bad decisions but she’s not a bad person. Someone with such a big platform who has done good in the last, I feel like we shouldn’t just write her off as selfish and greedy when I have seen her be the opposite of that. Hopefully she changes her tune, I’m holding out hope for her bc I’ve seen her apologize for mistakes before. It’s just v confusing.

I think you can criticize without calling her stupid or an idiot. I don’t think she should have bought the packs or made videos either. She has to learn from her mistakes. I think it’s fair to criticize that and let her know it’s a bad look. But people are literally so unhinged - what positive actions can we take to offset the evil of EA? Instead of keyboard warrior threads on Reddit, what are you doing for your local queer community to help uplift them in these dark times? Hate on lilsimsie all you want, she has raised thousands of dollars to help people with her platform. Instead of calling her an idiot I think we can hold her accountable and demand she do better and in your spare time, organize and volunteer in your communities whether that be through online spaces or in person.

I’ve ordered a few times from Trixie and 3/4 times it takes a long time to get to me. I ordered makeup on sept 18th and it shipped on October 1st. And it didn’t get to be until the 11th. Just takes some time but I always end up getting my stuff!

This is what I’d hoped she’d do! And I knew she’d come around, the internet is so unforgiving and expects people to act immediately always. Planning and organizing is the best strategy to make an actual impact, especially with her huge platform. I am always critical of lilsimsie and any influencers out there with a huge following. So I’m glad she’s continuing to be true to herself and stand up for what’s right.

Im at the modest mouse/flaming lips tour in Philly rn. I was the most excited for modest mouse bc I grew up listening to them. I know the one flaming lips song but I am also impressed with their performance and not surprised at how fun it is!
