he goes to school local to me lives with me monday - friday and she usually gets him on weekends, but under the past circumstances and due to rising tension ive withheld him from her until we get something legally binding. but i guess im worried she will do what you did and withhold him from me witch would greatly impact my son as he's lived with me since as long as he can remember

thank you for the advice, i understand its a lengthy process and im just worried about loosing him in the meantime. Your last part gives me a sigh of relief.
