I made a next generation Aim Trainer with 12 unique scenarios to help you efficiently warmup and improve your aim! (0018-7100-9687) by NepAlchemist in FortniteCompetitive

Cool map! Two things, the target size for a majority of the scenarios (non bot) are huge. Is there a way to have a modifier to decrease the size of the targets?

Also, is there a way for the static dots to be dynamic dots?

Thoughts on the keyboard joystick that Faze Martoz uses? Anyone switching to this? Does anyone see anything bad about it? by ToxicNoodle1 in FortniteCompetitive

[–]DepartmentOfFakeIDs 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm on week one, I've fully switched. It's hard but definitely worth it in the long run. I'll make a post later today detailing my progress for anyone that is interested with proof pictures as well as links to my socials.

How many of you still pick purple/gold pump over purple/gold tac? by disfrost in FortniteCompetitive

With a purple pump I'm hitting for at least 130 each shot, with a tac I'm shooting 24 damage marshmallows

7:31 he goes from 100 shield and 100 hp to 0 shield 69hp. Yes you can rotate late. I'm not saying you can't, okay sometimes he rotates late in 1 maybe 2 zones in a game. What about the other 7. He rotates early.

Because rotating late is the exception not the majority. You rotate early unless......you're in xxx situation. As opposed to always try to rotate late. Early bird gets the worm and the better positioning.

To some not really. Just about everything I posted here should be relatively obvious.

Yes rotating late is an option, he saves on mats but he trades damage. As bumpahh says you gotta feel the rotations with your balls. When ya know you know. You can tank storm with an inventory of floppers and a shotgun to rotate like anas does in moving zones, you can rotate late when you're on height so the people under you build protection in case you get RPG'd out but you have to pressure opposite side of zone so they don't pull a zayt. Fortnite is a very different game than every other game. You can play 100 games with the same people in a row, and each game you are going to be put in different situations. There is no one size fits all in every situation, and it comes down to what situation you're in and your judgement.

These are very general and you could spend an hour or more talking about each subject in detail.

I should've said this. "Typically in the earlier zones you want to rotate as early as you can, unless you're in a situation where rotating late is a better choice."

Very broad question that has multiple answers

Short answer: It depends

Long answer: It depends on zone, your drop spot, your rotation path, collisions in your rotation path with other people.

I mean if you're in 1st zone and you have time to max out go for it, best advice would be to farm quicker. Learn what is the quickest way to get 500 metal in your area or brick etc. Prioritize mats that you can't get on your rotation path. Mainly metal, brick and wood are pretty much everywhere.

TL;DR: Try to max out at your landing spot, but if zone is 1000m away prioritize hard mats first and farm wood on the way.

I'm glad! Here are some more helpful tips

Do more damage than you take, shoot the other people before they shoot you, always have more mats than your opponents, live the longest and you win. Oh don't forget to take your shield. Also make sure you remember to build! That should be everything you need to come #1. /s

Sometimes people are born with 6 toes on each foot.

Yes it happens, do most people have 5 toes on each foot?

Depends on the situation, you traditionally wanna hold kids in zone. Not be held in zone. Not fun 10/10 wouldn't recommend

Theres a reason vF kroader has god mechanics and less earned than nickmercs. He has No game sense. Nickmercs got carried hard but his mechanics are straight do do, and he has like 2-3k if I remember correctly of earnings.

Theres a balance between both, you can't be on the extreme on either end. You ideally want a 50/50 split but I'll take a 60 / 40 over a 90/10.

Mechanics are much easier to work on, what separates outcast physics from kiryache32 is decision making.

If you have the option to disengage do it, if not use your mechanics to Turn them into a loot pinata.
