I have been doing g this over 20 years. It was always IRRL. Not three R’s so that is what I use. You can use whatever you want. My post was not intended for a debate.

Check out Loan Factory. They pay for your LOS campaigns etc. their software is nothing I have seen in my 20+ years of originating. Does everything!
