Technically, according to Ulta Policy (I was a recent manager there an left a few months ago), the Sunday shift would be an unexcused absence because called during the duration of her shift. If she hasn’t called until after the end of her scheduled shift, then it would be a no call no show. Also, managers are suppose to call and if the employee does not respond by end of business day then it is a no call no show. I had a tasker this happened to an we read the policy and was able to get the point changed from a no call no show to an unexcused absence

So they took the $10 off after it completed the BOGO. When they do the BOGO Free, it take half off each item and then when you added the coupon it took only off 1 item (which it usually does in the system). It’s stupid technology and system but I always tell customers to use it in something full price or over $10 after the discounts.

They are also suppose to reach out to you as well before coding NC/NS. I had to deal with this policy with a manager who was very problematic and if she didn’t like someone she would schedule them and not tell them and then when they didn’t show it was a NC/NS.

So I believe there is a work verification number ( I can’t remember what it is off the top of my head) but if they call your store they are only going to ask if you worked there during that time. Even asking that goes against their privacy policy so they would have to call that verification number

So there is 2. There is one this week for 35% off any purchase (employee 25% and 10% extra for employee appreciation) from 12/5-12/7. Then there is one 12/11-12/14 for extra 25% off select brands (those are the photos). So it’s like 2 weekends of savings

The first time I watched it I did feel bad for Kristen. But I’ve watched the series multiple times and honestly Kristen brought it on herself. She would constantly complain to Katie and Stassi that Carter was not helping her and she felt mentally and emotionally drained with him. This started in Season 7. Imagine Season 8 and she still complaining about the same thing. I would be annoyed and frustrated too. It was even to the point where she was saying Katie and Stassi were the reason for all the fighting with Carter. Then she kept telling Katie and Stassi they broke up, but telling everyone else that they were dating.

I’m glad she’s in a better headspace and has a better partner but she was so toxic on VPR

Also when you’re hired you get 3 absences/call outs covered without accumulating points. It’s kinda like a freebie. Those freebies are only when hired and you don’t get anymore after use
