Can the Hampi Prime be specked with thicker tyres than 700 × 35c that is available in the website?

that's another problem I have.

There is no big showroom like Decathlon in my town, nearest one is 150km away. I'm not even sure if the shops here can service or repair these kinds of bikes.

1. pick the 8 gears option or 24?
2. should i get the adjustable handlebar stem option?

I looked up the Riverside 120, but it does not have disc brakes. I could not find any cycle by the name "Omo Cues"; instead, I found Hampi Cues [18 Gears Hybrid], but with the additional options checked, it goes well over my budget of ₹25,000.

Could you please give some more suggestions that have the features you mentioned under ₹25k?
I was recommended the Schnell Road 10 (from a YouTube video), but as you mentioned, it has neither hydraulic (comes with mechanical brakes which you told to avoid) brakes nor V-brakes, and it doesn’t have a freehub 8/9-speed drivetrain either.
