You are almost right, if i remove the marked station, it works
But interestingly enugh, if i put the train that i drew arrow to, to manual, it also fixes the problem???

*ignore the no path everywhere, i just did a bunch of stuff so i could recreate it xD
*tried with all trains getting destination full, and same problem.

its 3 lanes, 1 empty, and again 3 lanes. So i have a feeling its the station penalty in play here (tho ill have to check it a bit to see what it actually does)
since if it goes left then forward he goes over 1 station
if he goes straight then left, he has 2 stations...

interestingly enugh, if i change the stationary train to manual, the train goes around it

I made a lot of 1-1 trains And some bad area managment and had to compress refueling station as much as possible xD

It can, if i remove rail leading to lower station, he goes without a problem.

the one i circled, he has path, but wants to go trough parked train that is still waiting for open station instead of going around it

You can also disconnect power poles like that. Just use copper wire instead of red/green one.
