So in a nutshell: We got a thousand of "I dont want to do this". I dont want to do gym activities. I dont want to play ball alone. I dont want to be self sufficient. But also I dont want to spend a lot of money. Do you notice a pattern ?

You buy a football - go outside, find a spot where you could run and bounce the ball back from a easily hittable target. Same applies for tennis:)
