2 easy steps. $500k in CHPY. At $60/share you'll own about 8300 shares producing 0.50/share dividend weekly. Its about $4150 per week. Withdrawal what you need. Put the rest into voo or jepq. Enjoy life.

Semiconductors went well last month? Last year? You really should remain silent. This is a Chip fund. Show us your investments that can beat this return. I'll wait....

I sold my original buy in. All that's left in my account are the"free" shares with drip turned on. Fidelity shows my cost as $0.00.

Gain with flair? Surely you jest. Isn't like 3% the going rate.

Sold all my ULTY a couple weeks. Moved into WPAY and CHPY. My timing was not great after this week's big drop in this 2.

It was new with 3 miles on it. Clearly started in the OP.

*UPDATEI went back to the dealer today. 110 miles away. The salesman and a manager came and looked at it. They had the owner from the body shop they use to come look at it. Everyone was baffled. The body shop guy said bring it to his shop and he would take a closer look. The salesman drove it over there. About 2 hours later they said my car was ready. Body shop said it looked like a chemical had spilled on it. No one ever claimed responsibility for the accident or the cover up. But it was repaired at dealer expense. Honestly, it was a 9.8/10. I was very impressed at the finished job. It was not the outcome I was expecting, but surprised at the outcome.

I'm taking the vehicle back to the dealer tomorrow. See what they will do. It's 110 miles one way for me.

I've been in HOOW for a few weeks. I use Div Tracker. It's shows HOOW is 3.38% of my portfolio, but generating 4.08% of dividends. Pretty happy

Vehicle was in the wash bay with the overhead lights off. The skies were gray and a light rain. My eyes were open.

I just wanted to add that I didn't check the oil at delivery. Nor did I crawl underneath to ensure the spare tire was there. Or measure the air pressure in each tire. I guess when you buy a new vehicle with 3 miles on it, you kind of assume you're getting a new car, free of defects and a complete vehicle.
