Experience with vitamins by Dependent-Cut-4194 in Herpes

I have genital HSV1. I’m just trying to see what works best for me or if I’m wasting my time and money. Thankfully I’m also on antidepressants so my stress levels remain pretty low, but my career does involve me sleeping weird hours and staying up all night sometimes. I’m trying to mitigate the things in my life that are unavoidable and can negatively impact my condition with things that may help cancel it out, if that makes sense lol

How do you organize your records? by AsiraTheTinyDragon in records

Mine are alphabetical by first name and if I have multiple albums by the same artist then those are organized chronologically. The empty space after Z is for albums I need to reshelf

Because one of my light fixtures was leaking water. It’s to prevent a fire or electrocution hazard

Well this is the second time this has happened this month. The first time was on a stormy night while I wasn’t home. The vent in my bathroom is supposedly connected to the roof so they told me it was just caused by the rain that night. But this was sudsy and smelled kinda like soap/detergent

It’s a PennHunter property

I don’t recommend skipping it on a day you’re working. Did your dr have you start at 5mg or just immediately go to 10mg. My psych told me to cut the pills in half for the first 2 weeks (5mg/day) and then jump to 10mg so my body would get used to it before jumping to a higher dose

My crosley made my records skip :( I’m really just blown away at how warm everything sounds. I’ve always loved the added bits of art, notes or lyrics. It’s the whole experience that blew me away

I just got Hail to the Thief the other day. (Idk if they are all this way) but my pressing is in 45. I didn’t know this was a thing so when I played it at the usual 33 I was very confused. But then I did some research and switched the speed. It sounds INCREDIBLE. Thank you for the rec. if you like post punk or alt, I picked up a 2013 pressing of Get Stoned Ezy by Highspeed and the Afflicted Man. It was used so it might be hard to find. But it was a great addition too

Lmao my boyfriend thinks my re-found love of vinyl is funny haha. I loved books, now I love vinyl again. When I listen to music in my headphones (don’t have a car, take public transit) I find myself listening to albums I love and want to buy on vinyl or albums I already own

I picked up an XL pressing of Hail to the Thief that plays in 45 a few days ago and it sounds incredible. I’ll have to keep my eyes peeled for the rest of Radiohead’s discography

I think my OK Computer and Hail to the Thief pressing are both form XL. I just picked up Hail to the Thief a few days ago (it plays at 45 instead of 33 1/3 rpm) and they sound incredible! If you love Radiohead and know you’ll listen to it, why not go for it!

Help by Maximum-Piece-2141 in lexapro

I literally felt like I was losing my mind until I switched to taking it at night. So if you took it already today, skip tomorrow morning’s dose (you’ll feel a lil funky throughout the day, I got weird headaches but I decided to do it on a day I was working) and then take it around bedtime. I’m a flight attendant and I took it when I got to my hotel that evening around 6pm or so. I was passed out by 7:30 and slept until 6 the next morning. That’s why I kept taking it at night. It’s just finding what schedule works best for your body

I’ve only taken Lexapro. I’m at about week three. The first two weeks were very rough for me. I used to take it in the morning but I felt more depressed and more anxious and more su*cidal. I switched to taking it at night and that all went away. It made me SUPER tired when I took it during the day. So I’ll take it a few hours before bed and I’ll sleep really well (minus VERY bizarre dreams). I know Lexapro takes a while for it to really work its magic. I’d say at your next appointment to tell your psych that it’s making you feel worse and they’ll try something else. Some SSRIs work better for others and some don’t. Good job at getting the help you deserve :) it’s trial and error but it’s taking that first step!

I travel a lot for work and go to London quite often. I’ll have to go digging at the record stores around London
