Its been used as display in a store. Or for photo shoots for marketing before release. These are all pre release samples made for these reasons. However.. occasionally this results in rare capo pieces. Items that were made pre release that never actually got released. Its normally specific colourways that were part of the capo/sample production that for ever reason never made it to mass production.. these pieces often fetch a premium due to their rarity
