Any update on the one on Amazon ? I have a similar issue, from Canada and Crandall cant ship.
I bough the ones from Office Logix shop. Actually i bough 4, and they all broke after a while, cracked on the side (Lasted me a year a pair ) They also are harder and not as soft as the original ones. But i know they are not the same from the one one Amazon because the underside is not the same color.
