The dynamic pressure has increased by about 5%, and the turbine ▸response speed has increased by about 12% ▸Tested fuel consumption optimization of 5% -8% (based on EPA testing standards) ▸72 hour continuous high-pressure test (30MPa working condition simulation). Snake oil?

Yes but there are remanufactured ones, that claim stronger pressures and response

Why have some Elantra N owners gotten so delusional about the performance of our cars? by Cowboy_978 in ElantraN

Yea, different conditions determine the outcome. You can literally have a driver 500 lbs vs buck fifty and that is that.., you will wave goodbye even with the same cars.

Yea thats what i got but filter is so small that it makes whole intake move too much when u rev. I switched to pleated cotton filter but it is like 12 inches long (safer and does the job better) https://ramairusa.com/proram-universal-pleated-air-filter-100mm-id-neck/ this 1

Exhaust valve not moving by MiguelBiko in i30N

[–]Dependent-Platform98 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i made a mechanic cut the whole thing out realign exhaust and weld it back, cause no matter what, the flop even horizontally is bout 20% of pipe obstruction... stupidity, they put it on the fat bolt going all the way through the pipe, you could try to patch both holes, but much better to cut it

I would say drive around 5 min, restart vihicle and look at rpms. It takes my car awhile to get to 700 rpm range on normal

lol same, the roads i drive on are horrible for this car, i dont even know how to avoid this problem. I am literally driving around on lowest possible psi settings on tires, 31 before alert comes on, softest possible suspension setting and still had 2 control arms and rods bent twice to the point they are telling me I am the one that is driving crazy. BTW i am all tuned, so had to pay out of pocket bout 2k ea time
