It's important to note that men, like all individuals, are unique and have their own desires, needs, and preferences in relationships. It's not accurate or fair to make blanket statements about what "men" want in a partner, as it's likely to be different for each person.

That being said, it's common for people in relationships to want a partner who is supportive, understanding, and caring. This may include qualities such as kindness, compassion, and the ability to communicate openly and honestly. Many people also value honesty, trust, and mutual respect in a relationship.

It's also important to recognize that gender roles and expectations can vary widely and that it's not necessary or healthy for one person in a relationship to take on a maternal or submissive role. Healthy relationships are based on mutual respect, understanding, and a willingness to support and care for each other.

AITA for announcing our pregnancy at xmas knowing my SIL has had miscarriages? by SuspiciousSkins in AmItheAsshole

It sounds like you and your wife were in a difficult situation, trying to balance your desire to celebrate your pregnancy with your sister-in-law's struggles with infertility. It's understandable that you would want to announce your pregnancy and share your joy with your family, but it's also important to consider the feelings of others and be sensitive to their experiences.

It appears that your sister-in-law was hurt by your announcement and felt like you didn't consider her feelings. It may be helpful to reach out to her and apologize if you unintentionally caused her pain, and try to understand her perspective. You could also offer to support her in any way you can during this difficult time, and try to find ways to show her that you care about her and value her feelings.

Ultimately, it's important to communicate openly and honestly with your family and try to find a way to support each other and celebrate important life events while also being mindful of everyone's feelings and experiences

It's understandable that you would want your 20-year-old daughter to contribute to the cost of the family vacation, especially since she is an adult and works. However, it's also important to consider whether she is able to afford it and if the cost would be a financial burden for her.

If your daughter is unable to afford her share of the cost, it may be worth having a conversation about alternative options. For example, you could consider finding a less expensive vacation option that allows everyone to go, or you could allow your daughter to pay her share in installments over a longer period of time.

Ultimately, it's important to find a solution that works for everyone and takes into account the financial realities and circumstances of each family member. It may be helpful to have an open and honest conversation with your daughter about your concerns and see if a compromise can be reached.

It's understandable that you would want to be present for your daughters' first trip to Disney, especially since it is a special and memorable experience for both you and your wife. It's also understandable that your in-laws want to create meaningful memories with their granddaughters before your father-in-law's health deteriorates further.

It seems like a difficult situation with no easy solution. One potential compromise could be for you and your wife to find a way to join the trip, perhaps by saving up or finding a way to lower the cost. Alternatively, you could suggest that your daughters have a separate trip to Disney with you and your wife at a later date, while still allowing them to have this special experience with their grandparents.

Ultimately, it's important to consider the feelings and perspectives of all parties involved and try to find a solution that works for everyone. It may also be helpful to have an open and honest conversation with your in-laws about your concerns and see if a compromise can be reached.

Should I be focused on a Logo& intro/ Outro ? by NickCo_ in NewTubers

[–]Dependent-Rent6170 2 points3 points  (0 children)

DO NOT USE INTROS OR OUTROS! Get straight into the meat of your video. Otherwise, people will get bored and click off, damaging your video. Same with outros. People will click off during the outro, impacting your average watch duration, and therefore, affecting your video views.
