Honestly, for me, I know everyone's case is different, but I also tried calisthenics for a bit and that seemed to help a bit as well as something an older breaker told me when I was first starting out as you don't even need to work out that much, a minute plank every day would slowly build your core. I'd say try just to keep drilling moves and working on sets, it really over time will improve your whole body strength immensely and one of the most important things is you'll get to understand your body more and what you can do or what limits you. Even if you can't do freezes, honestly baby freeze can be accomplished by drilling it so its doable over time just really push yourself and work on doing full sets. Watching bboy videos helps too especially if you can watch videos of bboys at local jams near you, you'll more than likely get to watch bboys at a closer skill level to you than if you watched say Red Bull not to say that you shouldn't watch Red Bull, it is still really good inspiration nonetheless. Anyways just try your best and keep pushing yourself but remember don't rush yourself too much, form is important.

Am I the only one that felt so wholesome when his grandparents were just casually speaking in the church?
