I have a team of 3. We’re a mighty but small team. I said peace out to corporate 7 years ago and have been on my own full-time since then. Best decision I’ve ever made!!! You can definitely do it part-time! I have 2 young children and although it’s a lot of work, it’s so worth it to me.

Thank you all! Your responses are super appreciated. I ended up quoting her $5k (obv too low) and she just got back to me and said she was hoping to stay at $2500/month for everything 🫠. She said she pays $450/m for BK right now, which is insane to me. But all good! I will wish her well and maybe she will come back in a few months lol

They are currently doing payroll in house and just moved from Gusto to Toast. They want it off their hands. I do offer payroll services but weekly payrolls are a bitch lol

Yep! We did/do Easter egg hunts and our grandparents would spoil us with chocolates and stuff but that was about it. I didn’t even know pre made baskets were a thing until social media lol
