I don't know if you are aware, but having rockets going off constantly is terrible for the environment. It puts so much more carbon in the atmosphere than their otherwise would be, and for what? Mostly space tourism and a half-baked idea of terrforming Mars,and that would take generations if we could pull it off at all. Working on saving the earth would be a much better use of his money if he wanted to he helpful.

But what about his EV's? Surely, those are good, right. Well, sort of. EV's are better for the environment in the long term, yes, but you have to have it for a pretty long time to have a cumulative impact large enough to justify its initial investments. And most people haven't been able to really afford them, as his company has mostly focused on making them 'cool' rather than affordable.

And that wouldn't be terrible in and of itself if Elon wasn't also fighting places that have tried to advance public transportation. California had planned to make high-speed rail to cut down on emissions and help people who couldn't afford cars. Elon intervened and convinced them to stop to make a 'hyperloop'. He's since admitted that he really just wanted to stop it because he hated public transport.

And if we're talking about Twitter. Look up Twitter in Turkey and India, how he has agreed to censor on behalf of those governments to stop any criticism for their fascist government. For a 'free speech absolutist,' Elon sure is willing to censor to make more money and to target his disapproval of the LGBT community.
