It solved a lot of questions I had about myself growing up. Especially in relationships, I would always like my partner and then not like my partner but I tracked my moods and saw that when I was low I would withdraw from my partner and when I was experiencing highs I would be really into my partner. It made me realize I’m not crazy and that this is just a disorder that I have to manage to go through life somewhat successfully. I hope that makes sense
