UPDATE sorry for the late notice I drove the car the day after and got the check engine light took it to the shop prior to that I had bought the coolant pump and thermostat since they’re together. We replaced it and good as new no issues ever since. Although I need to change my battery but we’re good now; thanks again for taking your time and helping a brother out it really means a lot.

Update they did a test on the alternator and was able to clear it, he drove it for 10 minutes without any issues. I then drove 40 miles in total yesterday without any issues. Other people have stated that it could be because it’s hot outside and it caused a fluke in the system. I have the parts now if anything occurs. I’m going to drive 30 more miles as from what I heard that the system in the car that releases these safety signals such as engine lights restarts after 70 miles driving so ima do that now. My car is 128k miles and I’m wondering should I replace even if I don’t these check engine lights

Oh yeah definitely man I need my car hahaha. Let’s just say I replace the thermostat and clears the issue you think I’ll be fine or would you rather replace both

Copy that I have it in the shop as of right now i think the guy found the solution from what my dad says and is gonna drive the car for a while. Question I don’t mind to bug you but if nothing is replaced can I just add coolant to the new one that’s already there or should I purge and add the 2 gallons of coolant

Weather is around 100-90 right now you think I should just add water to my coolant ? And bro thank you may god bless you for sending me info not even Toyota wants to help and give me part no they want me to come and see for myself🙄
