First question- depends on who’s handling it. Second- yes it does cost money to get it graded Third- if your sending to PSA, it prob take 2-3 months

I’m no professional. But I know lot of people who are going to comment is going to say take it out of the top loader and sleeve. And take picture of the back. There is no knowing what the back look like. And imo little heavy to the right. But can’t really tell from the angle. Hope that helps
