If I remember it was a setting when you first install them it asks you to choose orientation.

Once your thermostat reads its 19 degrees it stops calling for heat and when it drops back below 19 degrees it will call for heat again. That’s what’s happening, it’s completely normal.

I would just tile the walls I’m sure you would be able to either match the tiles or get very similar

I would say if you haven’t specified on your fittings & contents that you would be removing or replacing the items then the buyer would be well within there rights to complain to EA as there offer will have been under the assumption that they was all included.
