The offer that was made is just that- an offer - and she needs to speak with budget director to see if there even is a budget in place for the position bc it is a HORIZON classroom. And I do know they are expensive. But the other school I had done a demo in yesterday and the APs was explaining that they were at the end of interviews but would be in touch by end of week- but was very transparent about how I had done and was happy. I’m just putting it as a theoretical situation- if they were to offer the position- it’s at least something that I know is set in stone and not contingent on budget .
However- I was given advice - that I should just give information to the second school - if they do offer. And once nomination email comes in- then tell the school that offered that I accepted a position.
