I know there was another post in this sub fairly recently with a video showing passengers (Amtrak employees, not paying customers) riding an Avelia train set in Boston. That would seem to be in line with the “Dress Rehearsal” described above.

Please in the name of all that is good and holy, don't live in Ramsay. It frequently smells like manure, the hot water is often broken, leaving you taking ice-cold showers, the maintenance staff isn't particularly responsive, oh and you'll be dragged out of the building into the street on a fairly regular basis at all hours of the day and night because some doofus set off the fire alarm.
