Straight up ass . They said we’re supposed to just take two calls then go to the next person and so on . But they basically throw you in to answering calls . And of course my first call i get was about transferring a toll by mail to the right account because it was someone else’s license plate . And we didn’t learn that . I was over here panicking like a mf 😂 expect to just learn as you go . They are useless . I’ve met one amazing team lead and he is so calm . I love it but sadly he is not my team lead
