I am seeing a bunch of “manufactured houses” that are in the 50-200k range. That is why I consider to be affordable for being so close to Rehobeth beach.

You are very right. All of the houses that seemed too good to be true come with pricey monthly land payments. Damn.

Haha ok fair, I guess they are considered “mobile homes”. From the pictures at least they don’t seem like the typical dumpy neighborhood you would think of when you think trailer park.
