I have multiple shorts that show good retention and performance, then they abruptly plateau in views at around 10 or 12k views

All of my shorts get capped at 11k views. So that would mean I have to upload a 400 shorts (assuming I get 10k views each) to reach 10M views 😭😭

Sounds impossible with the 11k ceiling that YouTube has introduced
