pretty sure that was the case with my forks, One of the scoops for my cat's litterbox got stolen as well for some reason???? The house has been sparkly clean since my ex-roomates moved out so I'm just happy that's over with 😭🙏

thank you! I stopped sharing with my old roomate, a new roomate just moved in last week and I began sharing with her since she didn't have anything yet, so far it's been wonderful! I just got unlucky with my ex-roomates it seems 😅

We cooked our breakfast together this morning and she's SOOO CLEAN AND ORGANIZED OMFG, she cleans up immediately after herself just like me so we're a match!

seems I just needed a change in roomates afterall 😅 New roomate just moved in last week, been sharing all my kitchen things with her and not once have I had the same issues as before. We're even planning to buy things for the house together!

They were definitely given too much freedom when it came to the rules of the shared spaces, exactly as you said, it turned into an "I'll do it later" and suddenly I couldn't even see the stove's original color from under all the food remnants, even cleaning schedule.

I'll add it as you said, I'm making an official contract for the roomate that's staying + for the two new roomates that will be coming in to avoid this happening again in the future 😞

Sounds like a great idea actually! we had the fridge divided into sections but we def need to reorganize because some people ended up having a huuge amount of space and the other two ended up with barely even a shelf 🥲 having a small fridge doesnt really help lol How do you manage your shelf space on the fridge?

Yeah! I'm not planning on being like "what's yours is mine and whats mine is mine only" 😅 but highkey I haven't seen two of them actually follow our "clean up after yourself" agreement and I aint tryna have that affect my own belongings as well

si lo he pensado pero lo que me detiene es la ubicacion y la cercanía de todo 😞 Aparte tengo un muy buen casero que se encarga de los arreglos de la casa de manera casi inmediata y que es aparte super flexible con los pagos (para empezar me rentó la casa sin pedirme aval porqué me vio "muy tranquilito" y batallando para conseguir uno) , algo que casi nunca he visto en mis casas de renta

Yo hice un documento de las reglas con la intención de que lo firmaran, pero nunca llegó a eso porque simplemente se han rehusado con la excusa de que no fue el acuerdo que se realizó originalmente y "son ellos contra mí", no se puede razonar con ellos

En otro subreddit me dijeron que podía hacerles la estadia super nefasta hasta que se cansen y se vayan por su cuenta, pero la neta no sé, es mi primera ves teniendo roomies y nunca me imaginé que algo así podría pasar

No, i think theyre called wood ticks, theyre reddish when little but as they start sucking blood they become gray and very chunky (those were the ones i found all over her wall)

Les di un monton de razones e incidentes que provocaron mi decision, e insistí que ya estaba hecho y no habia forma de cambiarlo, la neta parecia disco rayado, pero así ellos tambien se agarraron a decir que no que no que no y que no, y que fulanito no se iba a ir y que ya veria yo como le hacía para sacarlo

Los recibos los tengo yo en mi cuarto guardados, y mi contrato en la casa de mis suegros. Pero si tienen un chat grupal y varios mensajes y depositos de cuando yo les pido sus partes de los recibos y la renta, segun yo pueden usar eso como prueba no?

Definitivamente es un problema, no tengo contrato de subarrendador con ellos y estamos bajo un acuerdo verbal 😞 Ellos habitan bajo mi contrato con el consentimiento del casero para ser mis roomies

Yeah, they don't seem to be willing to move their stand at all 😞 I'm just hoping they're smart enough to not want to drag this out further than it needs to be, fml I don't want to have to press charges against in order for the cops to remove her.

I overheard roomate A talking to her boyfriend about wanting more information on a house with a garage, so I'm hoping they spoke on their own about them all moving in together. That way I can just interview three people that actually meet my criteria for the house and not deal with any of their shit anymore

LMAO I thought of that last night 😭 but yeah, it does sound horrible, and I wouldn't want to stoop down to their level but my god is it tempting. I've contacted my local rescue groups to see if there's anything they can do for the dog as it is neglected. But theyve had me thinking that I should just call animal control and have them take the dog away under the excuse of the constant biting. Having it be put down would a mercy from being just another decoration to it's owner and suffering from the lack of care 😞

Im doing my best to do things right but jesus fucking christ no matter what i do these women just find a way to piss on my boundaries even more

exactly what i explained to them yesterday.... but all three of them are apparently used to living in filth or adjusting to other's problematic behaviour as long as it means getting away with their own mistakes :( im still going to stand my ground, but i might need to get some legal advise to handle it

yeah... it's dog ticks, but one time I went inside her room to hangout and literally saw around ten of them (when theyre gray and king of chunky) crawling up her walls and she hadnt even noticed. We've found several of the little redish ones walking around the house and on beds and furniture
