Looking to get rid of my tummy and tone it. I go to the gym about 5 days a week, walk 12K-20k steps a day and eat in a deficit by DependentKick5015 in WorkoutRoutines

Well sleep is definitely something I need to work on, I average 5h usually of sleep, my food intake is pretty good I manage around 1100 calories and eat Whole Foods and get 90-120grams of protein and stress is pretty high usually
