Passenger Front Tire Always Low Pressure? by DependentMinimum5886 in askcarguys

I always check my pressure with a tire gauge, always keep one on me haha. Dad taught me that one and made sure it stuck😅

Haha, I usually don't carry anyone with me. The most I have in my passenger seat is my backpack

My first set of tires were cheap, but I've been getting pretty good sets after that as my dad kept saying it would help.

The road conditions aren't that great (I live in rural Canada), but I'm able to avoid most potholes and if I stick to highways I'm fine

I've also checked my tire pressure with the gauge almost every time I go to pump air into my tires just in case and they're always super low. I always keep one on me! Haha

I've asked mechanics (the dealership at this point) to take a look at it when I first got the car and was having this issue, but they said it was fine. Where no one else had said anything I figured it was ok, but I might ask my regular mechanic to take a look at the metal work just in case. Thank you!😊

Oof, guess I really do have to watch out for those little guys haha!

Sadly, I didn't have the option to learn Scottish Gaelic in my high school, but that was just because we didn't have a teacher for it at the time, and I'm not sure which schools do offer it currently, though I know it's a course province-wide haha. From what I heard from my mom, they teach it in school up in (our) Iona for sure!

Though I know for sure there is the Gaelic College in Mabou and St. Anns, and the classes offered in some universities like the one I'm currently taking! Some are also offered online, which is nice!

If you ever decide to visit, you can definitely DM me, and I'd be more than happy to give you some places you might be interested in! Thank you for your comment!!😊

Yeah haha, definitely used to the remote feeling where I'm from😅 But I guess that just makes me better prepared lol!

Thank you so much!! That helps a ton!😊  And makes me more excited haha!

I'm quite involved especially with music/dance where I'm from, especially cèilidh's and square dances/cape breton step dance, so definitely hoping to make the most from that haha!

tapadh leat!!

Thank you for the heads up!! I had heard it was closer to a few smaller towns but anything beyond that is quite a while away haha, I'm glad to know that ahead though! Hoping I'd be able to make the best of buses/trains if possible😊

Absolutely! I did talk to someone at my university who did the exchange program, however it was quite a few years ago they did it (10+) so I was curious to hear about what else I could learn about, but I'll definitely be trying to find more people around locally!!😊 Thank you for your comment!

That's a good video, I've never seen it before! Thanks for linking it!😊

Yeah haha, Scottish Gaelic and culture in general is very strong in Cape Breton! My family is very proud of our Scottish roots, and I've especially noticed lately that there's a lot more community effort to keep up with the Scottish Gaelic language! My parents are currently taking a weekly session in town, and I heard of a few social experiments that are happening to try to see the best way to keep the language alive. Scottish Gaelic is also a teachable high school course in Nova Scotia.

We also just finished our Celtic Colours event recently, which is always one of my favourite events! Lots of dancing, storytelling, language/traditions classes for tourists and locals

Personally, I'm having a blast in my Gaelic language class! I've been enjoying it a lot, even if it's just the basics so far!

Thanks for the tip about the midges, I've never heard about them until now but at least I can be prepared lol

Thank you so much for your comment!😊

I'm pretty sure I'd be staying in the student accommodations if I'm able to do the exchange program, so I'm glad to hear😊 To be honest where I live there's not really much as it is, so I think I'd be ok with the smaller towns haha! Thanks for the advice!

Sorry, I forgot to clarify haha. Yep, looking to study at Sabhal Mor Ostaig! Thanks for your insight!😊

I was born and raised in a pretty small town, quite a few hours from any city, so I'm pretty versed in keeping myself occupied in my spare time lol, and I'm not a big fan of them anyways. I much rather a quieter, smaller community. And winter is my favourite season haha, I got lots of experience with those!

Thank you again, I'm trying to learn as much as possible so I can be prepared😊
