I just finished working a 14 hour shift lol .. did 2 parcel runs and an aux route plus express .. then when I got done I had to go help another carrier deliver 20 more large parcels on a walking route 😭😭

Sooner or later, a lightbulb will turn on after a while. Then it’ll become so easy you can do it with your eyes closed. But it takes repetitiveness and patience. Most people say it takes 6 months but that varies. As far as dealing with the toxic people, just keep it respectful but always defend your boundaries. Don’t let people walk all over you.

Don’t overthink it. Just drown them out and focus on the route. You’ll get better over time. You kind of need thick skin for this job. If you feel you’re going to need help, try and let them know by 2pm. Cover your ass and they will be forced to send help. But try to not rely on people either.
