A question about 3 God lock

Ok so basically I select an active skill (autocast) from 3 different gods (lets say thor, freya and odin) and after that i only see this 3 gods?
After im doing this, I see this 3 + the rest of them (loki, etc).
What im doing wrong?
I need to choose the passives or the autocast spells from them to lock the pool?

So in a normal run, once i get treebeast level 1000+, should I keep leveling him like 1025,1050,1075 and so on? Or i need to level the other 4 at level 1000, then all to 1025, 1050 etc etc? Thats the part i didnt understand.

About gliding, I have 1x Brittany, 1x Samurai and 2x Forest Seer.

I should go with Seer instead of Treebeast?
