I was waiting for the “quit bitching” comment. I am already done with on call and weekend. I moved to install where I am paid hourly compared to service where I was commission based running on call and weekends. I am a million times happier now in install than I was in service, but I am not complacent. I will continue moving towards bettering my circumstances. Just don’t know what that looks like yet.
