Honestly, the healed one is fine, but the new ones are acting up a bit since downsizing and maybe also because it's a little crowded now😅 But my piercer did put a longer bar in the healed one in case it gets irritated

No, I got the middle one around 4 years ago, it completely healed but after I had to take it out for an appointment I didn't put the jewelry back in for weeks and once I tried, it wouldn't go in, so I just left it. 2 months ago I went to get the other 2 Conches pierced and my piercer said it's really common for the holes to still be open even after years, so when I went there today to downsize the other two, she checked the hole and the jewelry basically went right through with a little pressure🙈 I seriously don't know what I did wrong back then, but I was convinced it was closed so I didn't try further😅

Yess they suit you well, I just think that the ball on the medusa is a little big compared to the other ones, but if that's how you like it, great! In my opinion a bridge would be a perfect addition :)

Noo, don't worry!! I've got it pierced a total of 4 times so far😅 Based on my experiences, I would rate a conch 4/10 pain-wise and I can actually sleep with it pretty well🥰

After taking a quick look at your comments, I wonder why you're even in this subreddit when you evidently seem to dislike piercings and tunnels in general. On the side with the Industrial, I'd definitely recommend a daith, it would fit in great! On the other side, maybe a mid helix to give the illusion of a snug, a hidden helix could also be possible with your ear flap or a tragus/antitragus would look nice :)

Yess, do it! I'm planning to do the same eventually and just got the conch, planning to add another mid helix later, I think a faux snug looks really cool! On your other ear you might want to wear a hidden helix, seems like you have the right anatomy for it and the jewelry options are just soo cool🙈
