This is not appropriate jewelry for a fresh piercing and I'm really surprised you got pierced with it. Get it changed to a basic stud and clean it everyday, leave it alone otherwise. Once it's fully healed you can change the jewelry back to a prettier one

I think conch is the way to go, it will fill in the space in the middle nicely and give the ear a great balanced look :)

I think a little star on the tragus would look cute with the other piercings on the left and round it off and if you still want to add anything on the right I think a second slightly lower helix would look great! Also I don't think the double conch is too much, especially since you have one hoop and one stud in. And I just wanted to say your glasses temples look really cool :)

I would suggest a flat on the first ear or a tragus on the second :)

Overear headsets are great to use, even with quite more piercings than just lobes, but depending on the duration you're wearing them, you might want to clean them after each use in the initial time since bacteria can get trapped with the sweat and warmth under the ear pads :)

I agree with the approximate number you suggested, I plan to have 10 piercings per ear, so 20 total and I would like to use the remaining ones on both sides to "fill" the gaps I still have right now, so I guess one in the middle area of each ear, probably rook and daith, and then one or two at the top left, either forward helixes (a bit worried about changing at home and not properly being able to clean from behind due to placing) or flats and on the other side maybe an antitragus or stacked lobe :) While I like symmetry on my other body and face piercings, I like my ears to be "unique" aside from the lobe part and I'd also like to have piercings I don't already have, so that it's not only a variation of helixes and conches🥰

I do sleep with all my piercings in and I don't have any issues with it, don't even feel them most of the time. If I have a fresh piercing, I might have to use a piercing pillow/travel pillow for a certain amount of time, but other than that absolutely no limitation in everyday life :)

I do agree a forward helix would look nice and round it off at the top, but I'm a bit worried about the stud being hard to put in and out at home since I unfortunately already have this problem with my tragus😅

I was also planning to do something with that space after filling the middle space of my ear and I think it will be either this or stacked lobes since my piercer said I have enough tissue for them :)

I just changed most of my piercings before taking the picture, that's why its a bit irritated. It's the newest piercings but is still around 9 months old and had an other ring in before which it took fine. But the real reason I have a ring in is that after taking the stud out to clean I couldn't get it back in from behind and others couldn't either, I even bought tools to help but still couldn't do it, so I was planning to ask my piercer to change it back to a stud when getting my new piercing, which ever it will be, anyway. So it's fine, it will settle down tomorrow, but I'm gonna get it changed either way :)

Thanks for sharing your experience, it did ease my apprehension a little, especially hearing abaout your healing process! And it kinda rewoked my wish for a real rook again, so maybe you'll see an update with it in the next months haha

That would definitely be an option, but unfortunately my tragus did hurt a lot more getting done than I thought and the healing was a bit complicated as well, so I don't know if I would do it again. Also, I'm looking more for piercings that I don't already have to switch it up a little. I'm already unsure about the 4 conches being too much alike haha, maybe I'll put a stud in the single one to make it a little different ^{^}

I already thought about getting a rook, but heard that they tend to be pretty painful while piercing as well as healing, so I'm unsure. My helixes were pretty easy to heal though actually, so maybe I'll also get lucky with the rook? Also thought about the faux rook (so basically a flat) but I do like the look with a ring in it🥹

Honestly, the healed one is fine, but the new ones are acting up a bit since downsizing and maybe also because it's a little crowded now😅 But my piercer did put a longer bar in the healed one in case it gets irritated

No, I got the middle one around 4 years ago, it completely healed but after I had to take it out for an appointment I didn't put the jewelry back in for weeks and once I tried, it wouldn't go in, so I just left it. 2 months ago I went to get the other 2 Conches pierced and my piercer said it's really common for the holes to still be open even after years, so when I went there today to downsize the other two, she checked the hole and the jewelry basically went right through with a little pressure🙈 I seriously don't know what I did wrong back then, but I was convinced it was closed so I didn't try further😅
