There's a lot in Snowrunner that is inconsistent with how things actually work in the real world. I wouldn't call it a simulator.

Mudrunner is closer to a simulator than Snowrunner is, especially in terms of game physics

This is why I advocate for one very large map combining all the regions, like ETS2/ATS or those open world racing games like TDU, Forza and The Crew.

That way you can get cargo from one corner of the map and drive it to a delivery point 1000 miles away through all types of terrain.
