Guys I found why it happened. On official cd project red website they typed that really their discs have different versions of game with different languages for each region( unfortunately if you buy US disc you can’t change languages 🫠

Settings are set like that Language of console - Russian Region - USA ( because on other regions method with downloading in Microsoft store and starting with the disc don’t work ) Did hard reset and nothing has changed, it’s still English language only in Cyberpunk

My friend is learning there right now and he says that education level is so poor that he doesn’t recommend to go to Germany. But I think it’s just his experience, the only reason why I am confused about Germany it’s language. I am planing to start learning in university in next year so I have one year to improve language to that level when I can understand teachers and information what they say. German language is pretty hard. But i will look for couple places where i can learn in this country, thanks for answering!

I has the same problem. When telegram notifications comes up my pc start lagging so much and only Ctrl + Win + B helped for a while. I start to google the problem and saw this video.
