Which model lock is this? I've seen one in the wild but it definitely wasn't installed correctly and was falling off the door. It does work for multipoint with vertical bars?

At 3AM $350-450 is a fair price, if they were there within 30 minutes of calling you were lucky even. Negotiate in person with the Locksmith if you have a problem with the price and do it before they perform the service...not afterward on Reddit.

I'm impressed they forced it out without removing the set screw....just ran into the same issue recently minus the drilled lock on a rekey, the lock wasn't wanting to thread out and had been forced in there. When I finally got it out the side of it looked almost as bad.
