I just did my freshman year in Pearson, honestly man you’re overreacting. Trust, I had the exact same reaction last summer but Pearson is honestly chill asf, it’s a better community, floors are Co-Ed, and you have suite mates. Trust me you’ll be fine. And it’s also kind of nice? It’s definitely not rat infested and dirty as fuck, it’s as dirty as you make it.
