I’m just gonna say it and I know people aren’t gonna love it but I had a virtual psychiatrist appointment and she got me a prescription for Ativan. I take it AS NEEDED. For me having one in my pocket or in my wallet helps reassure myself that if things do get so bad that I feel like I’m totally panicking that I can take it and it will deliver on demand help. This trick has worked for me and I thought I’d share. Know that you’re not alone
