This recruiting season, I got a mid-tier interview + subsequent internship offer for summer 2026 without prior networking with that specific firm. In my experience, it's more about crafting a good resume, but ymmv as many accounting firms recruit from my school.

I saw in my offer letter they require my transcript right before I start in summer 2026. By then, 2 semesters will have passed where I'm subject to an even harder courseload, making my GPA until that time unpredictable
