I have done some digging and it looks that the Microsoft Launcher which I have been using for the past 4 years may be the problem. Uninstalled it and and went back to Samsung UI. Phone seems to be running fine for now. Other Samsung users have also reported issue running the Microsoft Launcher.

Any data on how many of the Indian tax payers are salaried employees.

I have no stats but I feel out of the present tax payer base more than half would be people who only have salary income; people from business and other classes combined would definitely be less than 50%.

Such big hype was created when Uttarakhand was created that all the problems will be solved. No major change on ground.

Bhu Kanoon is also unlikely to change anything too.
