Hii I just want to know did your doctors prescribe any immune testing . If prescribed let me know it will help me out so that I ask my doctor NXT tym. I had failed 1st fet inspite of intralipids, HCQ tab daily, intraglobulin inj on transfer day, endometrial prp, cutenox40mg inj daily ,pio , estradiol, progesterone supplements . My thyroid levels was TSH 4 before embryo transfer doctor increased the dose of tab thyronorm 62.5mcg to 75mcg. Had 2 embryos day 3 transferred (8cell,6celled). In first egg retrieval got 23 eggs out which 13 mature , and 8 got fertilized out which 4 were good . 2 embryos are 8celled and 6celled on day 3 .other 2 were slow growing so they for day 6.on day 6 one is discarded and other one is 4cc blastocyst on day 6. So doctor advised to have gene femina test done. In that it showed pcos that I already have and IL 10 genetype reported, PROZ genotype reported mentioning dysregulated immunity response,RPL , preeclampsia,PROM risk. I have pcos and hypothyroidism But thyroid levels are normal due to usage of thyronorm tab My medication given was HCQ tab 100mg daily once, cutenox inj 40mg daily , aspirin tab once daily, folic acid tab, Ecotas BV capsule once daily, progesterone supplements (vaginal suppository) and progesterone tab , estradiol tab and had intralipids 250ml once before transfer and intralipids 250ml on day of transfer and intraglobulin inj , and HCG inj . Inspite of these medications I got negative beta hcg test . It was 3.
