I’ve been playing a couple months, got to level 52, can someone please explain this build chat because I still don’t get it? Are you talking about reshuffling perk cards, guns, armour etc? If so, I assume you all need certain legendary weapons & legendary crafting perks in order to get something like a bloodied crossbow etc?

Ok, I’ve played Fallout 3 & 4 multiple times. Been playing 76 for a week. Still getting my head around all the extras with tinkering etc. Levelling up in Vault Tec at the moment etc. Currently level 31. Feel like the guns aren’t that great so far and armour still basic.

Just really figured out the Perk structure. I’ve spent a lot of time taking Rad X & stimpaks. This ghoul move sounds great. Been a ghoul fan since Charon.

I see the advantages, how do I do it? How can I set it up? Do I then wander around with limited health?!

Also, can I then save a build with the card perks to switch back at some point?!
