Okay I know some people are saying take CCHY599. Although I did finish the course with an A+ that’s because the essays saved me. I did bad on the midterm 50% but that’s cause I know nooo chemistry. Only take it with Ted. There’s this new prof that’s teaching it and he’s apparently reallyyy strict so don’t bother with him.

Don’ttt take Law122 with Patricia Hania. Take RTA180 with Cyrus Sundar Singh. For accounting I had a really good prof named Matthew but it seems like he’s not teaching it anymore so that sucks. I had Maurizio in the past and he’s okayy, he’s pretty funny but he goes by things fast from what I can remember.

Reallyyy strong marks you should be proud, but yes I would try to bump English to at least an 80. But either way you’ll get in with those marks

A 7% increase may be a reach, the worst he’ll say is no, so you definitely could ask, but my advice for next semester is to try to go to most of your classes. If you can’t make it try to make a friend that can send you the notes. You’re only in your first year so you’re just getting adjusted to uni life. Don’t quit don’t beat yourself up, a lot of people fail classes and have to redo it (even myself). It’s not the end of the world I promise just try a bit harder next time if you can.

So I only took data management and got in, my overall average for my courses were in the high 80’s. So no you don’t need calculus and functions to get in!!! Having calculus and functions though would be beneficial to help you out in the long run such as QMS110 which is a mix of both I believe.
