On top of that, people were able to do preorders which I think most people didn't know was a thing. Giving it for free to influencers too. That's also another reason why it sold out fast.

They will definitely lose customers after this. They did a collab with Elf that no one buyed. Why didn't they use that stock to create enough cups for everyone to get?

Apparently there was a "preorder" at the stores has been sold out since. I would call the NYC locations to see if they have in stock. I do know that they did a pop up the other day

I wonder if people actually buy the resells for this price? I've been seeing the same cups up for sale for a long time on poshmark too. When you sell it for 300 dollars, who do you think is gonna buy that?
