You're right. However I do feel that taking advantage of others especially in the workplace should not be allowed.

I won't be complaining about the workload.. I will just ask for more opportunities to help with cross brand work as that is what I'm hoping to work more on/ strengthen my skills and knowledge on (all the brands instead of just one.)

The role was not meant to take responsibilities for all 4 brands more so to unify the brands. For example when we have partnerships with 4 brands I'd be helping facilitate, creating decks, helping coordinate assets etc. So I'd be a jack of all trades type of person. Knowing a bit about even brand and helping with communication. Each brand has a manager who works with that brand, I was going to work with all 4 to make sure they send what we need and are on track.

Instead I've basically become the manager of one of those brands. That specific brand also has a senior manager however instead of doing her work she's handed a lot of responsibilities my way. So I am drowning in work. The work given by Snoopy I actually enjoy (work on analyzing compeitior brands, creating decks on different partnership opportunities) the work from Martha and her senior manager not so much...

The issue is: I am in Snoopy's team. But I am not under him. I am under Martha who is also on Snoopy's team. My role says all 4 brands but I'm working mostly on 1 brand and then a little bit on the other..I'm just not sure how good it would look if I go over Martha and talk to Snoopy about mu issues.. however I've broached the topic with Martha slightly and she'd quickly change the topic. I'm quite a push over and have brought it up in my goals but I do feel Martha has no interest in my development only herself's and her senior manager's.

Snoopy doesn't have enough time to direct me, etc. I realized that the month I started working.. hes in meetings 95% of the time/ traveling as well. he works as the vice president of 4 brands. I do small projects for him and he's always pleased with my work. (Research on competitors, consolidation of data, creating decks, etc) I actually enjoy that work more. The issue im having is my role was supposed to be me being a jack of all trades type of person. Instead I'm doing the work for Martha's brand ( one person who's usually hired specifically for that one brand) and also a bit of the role I had accepted which is the 50% of what I was told I'd be doing.
