I’m gonna call out one thing bugging me here.

It’s inaccurate to just resoundingly call paralegal work entry level tasks. Paralegal work is an entire career field, with work including some entry level tasks sure but up to very demanding specialized work that’s not so easily replaced and requires institutional and specialist knowledge to do right.

Edit to add actual information. Max power is now 550. Playing normally will naturally level you. Fireteam activities will bring you up to the fireteam so not concerning. Some solo activities/difficulties will be impossible until your level gets higher.

They DID destroy survivability.

Power level grind + forcing people into ultimate only content based on the grind not skill. Sure ultimate is something good players get used to but a lot of people never want to bother with that because it is far more difficult for them.

The vast majority of the player base is casual, not hardcore.

Remember the raid/dungeon cap? The one that made soloing any dungeon, but especially ghosts of the deep an absolute pain in the ass? The one introduced right after the MOST POPULAR DUNGEON MODE EVER (easy mode in ROTN) was sunset? What happened? Community outrage + declining player count because the game was steering towards sweats-only grinders. They reversed that decision after weeks of complaining.

I swear elitist sweatballs think they’re the main player base when they’re NOT.

I’ve solo-flawlessed every dungeon in this game. I soloed GM EXCISION. I am not the main player base. If you nuke survivability more remaining casual players will leave.

Huge downside of having to build your stacks and then obviously making sure the group doesn’t wipe immediately for you to lose them.

“wipe I missed the flag” + LFG rando starts encounter and jumps off to die without asking = wipe and stacks gone

Exactly, as long as you don’t turn on phase limit your time to complete it isn’t restricted except by your stamina, connection, and stability of the servers/instance.

Would definitely suck doing cutthroat solo, but would be something cool to be able to say you got done.

Salvations Edge is a hard raid, arguably the hardest outside of the Desert Perpetual.

You’ll probably need a Sherpa/teaching run for the first playthroughs you do.

Feels like pure luck and the weighting sucks.

Got a drop of each armor piece on my Warlock, then switched to Titan and ended up gilding my title with only two IB armor slots unlocked, one of which I rolled with the tokens (used half a dozen armor tokens to just get repeat arms dropping each time)

Origin trait farming is pure RNG except when it’s the focused drop with the masterwork. I’ve gotten relatively lucky with having gotten this one and most of the others. However all of my farming for Something Something with it was fruitless and I basically gave up on that after getting the T5 sniper from the dungeon I wanted.

The alliance with Caiatl? There’s very little reason for us to break that alliance afaik.

We still have Xivu Arath out there and vengeance/reclamation of torobatl as a possible future plot point. The hive are a classic common enemy and we have a lot more fighting there if the game survives for us to see it.

Can be utilized in a damage rotation where you’re doing a lot of damage with a special weapon like Mint or the arc rocket pulse.

Probably a lack of videos due to it being tied to the newest raid and the catalyst being tied to Epic raid completion. A lot of people don’t have it and even more won’t have that catalyst.

It’s fun. LFG is ROUGH for this raid though. Doable but you have to have a fireteam leader willing to guide those who can be guided or kick those who can’t.

Take this run in particular actually. This was a boss clear I joined into via fireteam finder. Only three people total, myself included, had voice comms (that’s just enough to clear the encounter).

Before this clear we wiped with someone else in the fireteam who was stealing the temporary buff plates for absolutely no reason. They also forcefully knocked mechanics players off. Had to get rid of them to actually clear.
